Terms of use

This is a translation for convenience. The Hebrew version is the binding one.

Updated: 20 October 2026

1. Who we are

The "Yalla Japan" website is operated by Amit De Castro Dekel. The site does not charge money and does not sell a service, and therefore does not operate as a registered business. Contact: info@yallajapan.co.il.

2. What the site provides

The site provides information and itineraries for travel in Japan: hours, approximate prices, directions and recommendations. The information is collected from public sources, mainly the official websites of the sites and institutions themselves, and is checked by hand on the date shown on each page.

3. The information is not a commitment

Opening hours, entry prices, train timetables, availability and the policies of businesses change without notice. The information on the site is provided as is, with no commitment to accuracy, to being up to date, or to fitness for a particular purpose. You must check every detail against the official source before you travel and before you make a booking.

4. Limitation of liability

The site is not a travel agency, does not sell flights, lodging, tickets or insurance, and is not a party to any transaction between you and any supplier. We are not liable for damage, expense or loss caused by relying on the information, including a missed attraction, a price change, a closed venue, a missed train or a refusal of entry. Responsibility for planning the trip, for buying travel insurance and for checking the entry requirements for Japan is yours alone.

5. Medical and safety information

There is no medical advice on the site. Information about food, allergens, kashrut or dietary restrictions is general information only. Anyone with an allergy or a medical restriction must verify every detail directly with the business.

6. Kashrut

The information about kosher places is based on the publications of the supervising bodies and of the businesses themselves. We are not a kashrut body and we do not grant certification. The kosher status of a business may change, and the responsibility for checking with the supervising body lies with the user.

7. Intellectual property

The texts, the itineraries, the design and the brand on the site are the property of the site operator. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or publish content from the site, including whole itineraries or parts of them, without written permission. You may quote a short passage with a credit to the source and a link to the page.

Photos we took ourselves are the property of the site operator, and the same copying restriction applies to them. The other images on the site are under a Creative Commons licence, in the public domain or under the licence of the library they came from, and the full credit for each image appears on the Image credits page. The names of brands, businesses and works mentioned on the site are the trademarks of their owners, and are mentioned for identification and description only.

8. Links to other sites

The site links to external sites, such as the official websites of attractions and Google Maps. We have no control over them, and we are not responsible for their content, their availability or their privacy policies.

Some of the links to booking sites, such as tickets for attractions, workshops and eSIM, are affiliate links through the Travelpayouts network. If you book after clicking such a link, we receive a commission from the supplier, and your price does not change. Such a link carries the supplier's name in its text and is marked as sponsored in the page code. The commission does not affect what we recommend: the link appears when the place sells tickets, not when a supplier pays more, and the prices on the site are checked against the place's official website, not against the supplier. We are not a party to the transaction, and the purchase is between you and the supplier under its terms.

9. Paid content

As of the date this page was updated, the site does not charge money. If paid content opens in the future, the terms of purchase, the price including VAT and the cancellation policy under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981 and its regulations will be published here before any purchase.

10. Changes to the terms

We may update the terms. The binding text is the one that appears on the Hebrew page, and the date at its top shows when it was last updated.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of the Haifa district.
