A tower connected directly to Sapporo Station, with an onsen and a panoramic view on floor 22. A real advantage in winter, when you do not want to go out into the cold.
An eco-friendly wooden hotel facing Odori Park, where the Snow Festival is held in February. The rooms facing the park are worth the extra.

The well-known onsen town in Hokkaido, an hour and a half from Sapporo. Nine different types of water in one town, and Jigokudani, Hell Valley, which you can walk around for free. Ryokan from ¥20,000 per person including two meals. It also works as a day trip with a day-use bath.
Jozankei · Families
Jozankei Onsen is the town bath of Sapporo, about fifty minutes by car from the center, and much closer than Noboribetsu. A resort in the forest with a Japanese and Western buffet and open-air baths. From ¥21,000 per person per night including dinner and breakfast. It works as one night within a stay in Sapporo, without moving the whole route.
Onsen · Sapporo, Teine
You finish the mountain at a large onsen in the neighborhood near Teine Station, with indoor and outdoor baths.

Seventy to eighty percent of them sell fish. 6:00 to 15:00, and the large shops until 17:00, but a shop that runs out of stock closes at noon, so come in the morning. The restaurant area opens at 7:00. Larger and more local than Nijo Market in the center, and less touristy.

You start in a small market in the city center, with seafood stalls and breakfast restaurants: a rice bowl with uni, ikura and crab costs ¥2
Sapporo · Wooden house
A wooden house about seventy years old next to the forest of Hokkaido Shrine, which the artist Ichikawa renovated over three years and opened as a cafe in 1996. From here grew a chain of 14 branches in Sapporo and Asahikawa, each with its own concept, but this house is the origin. Beans roasted in-house and coffee brewed cup by cup. 9:00 to 20:00 with last order at 19:00, open all year except the New Year holiday. Four minutes from Maruyama Koen Station.

Central Sapporo · Historic building
A wooden clock tower from 1878, the symbol of the city, which is considered one of the most disappointing attractions in Japan because it is small and surrounded by buildings. ¥200 for the display inside. Three minutes from the outside are enough, and that is fine.
