Bernet Koenji
Bernet is a vintage shop for women, and dresses are the heart of the shop. Alongside them there are blouses, skirts and trousers, coats, and accessories too: earrings, belts, bags and shoes. The owner picks the clothes in America and Europe, and on the shop's website most of the items shown are from the 70s, 80s and 90s, with a few Tyrolean-style pieces. There is also a small line of original clothing and clothing remade from vintage.
The shop is not on the main shopping street but in an alley south of the station, in the Takarayama Building at Koenji Minami 4-24-11, about five minutes' walk from the South Exit.
