- Breakfast is a Japanese and Western buffet at the SAKURA restaurant on floor 3, from 07:00 to 10:00. ¥2,420 for an adult, ¥990 for a child aged 6 to 11.
- From JR Shimbashi Station, Ginza exit, it is about an 8-minute walk, and from Higashi-Ginza Station, exit A1, about 5 minutes. From Haneda you take the monorail to Hamamatsucho and from there the Yamanote line to Shimbashi, about half an hour.
- The ReFa rooms, all rooms on the upper floors and the twin rooms on floors 5 to 9 have a massage pillow. If you want one, ask for such a room when you book.
