Narisawa
Narisawa is the tasting-menu restaurant of chef Yoshihiro Narisawa, at Minami-Aoyama 2-6-15. The chef calls his cooking 'Innovative Satoyama Cuisine': satoyama is the rural landscape between forest and field, and the dishes are built from its season and its ingredients. In the Michelin Guide the restaurant holds two stars, in the 'Innovative' category.
This is a tasting restaurant with a single menu set by the chef, for lunch and dinner, not a place for a spontaneous meal in the middle of a route. It is not a kosher restaurant.
