Treasure Factory Style Shimokitazawa
Trefac Style (トレファクスタイル) is the secondhand clothing chain of the company Treasure Factory. This shop is on the ground floor of Kitazawa 2-3-9, and it buys from customers and sells, men's and women's clothing. The chain describes it as one of the most spacious in the area.
The stock is divided into corners: American vintage (Levi's, Champion, Carhartt, Schott, military clothing and band T-shirts), luxury brands in a display case (Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Hermes), imported brands such as Margiela and Balenciaga, and Japanese brands such as Comme des Garcons, Yohji Yamamoto, Issey Miyake and Sacai. Alongside these there is also fast fashion.
Prices start at ¥550 including tax. What comes into the shop is posted on the branch's blog, and in October 2026 it showed, for example, an Issey Miyake coat and an Undercover leather coat.

- The neighborhood has another branch, Trefac Style Shimokitazawa East, at Kitazawa 2-32-8, about a four-minute walk away. The stock there is different, according to the chain: Supreme, Levi's, Patagonia and The North Face. It is open 11:00-21:00.

A complex under the Keio Inokashira Line bridge, right next to the station. Inside are the used clothing hall Toyo Hyakkaten Annex, a Tsutaya bookstore, the cafe Brooklyn Roasting Company, and Thai, Vietnamese, Taiwanese and Korean restaurants. It received a Good Design Award for 2026.

Chuka Soba Senmonten Ichiryu Food
The neighborhood's chuka soba ramen shop, with 43 years in the old Kitazawa building. It moved because the building was demolished and reopened on November 17, 2025, with only 11 seats. A large bowl cost ¥1,150 at the time. Not kosher.

A Taiwanese restaurant inside reload, and the whole menu is vegan. In May 2025 a lunch of mapo rice and dumplings, until 15:00, cost ¥1,300. Vegan, not kosher. The restaurant's website is being rebuilt, so check the hours on its Instagram.
