QOO Vintage Omotesando

VINTAGE QOO TOKYO is a secondhand luxury-brand shop, founded in Tokyo in 2012. The main branch is in the Colonnade Jingumae building, Jingumae 5-2-6, and takes up three floors, from the basement to the 2nd floor. The chain has one more shop, in Shinsaibashi in Osaka.

Each floor is devoted to different brands. The basement is all Hermes: clothes, bags, watches, jewelry, leather goods and shoes. On the ground floor, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Celine, Dior, Loewe and Prada. On the 2nd floor, bags, watches and jewelry from Hermes, Rolex, Cartier, Bulgari and Omega. The shop is decorated with antique furniture and vintage lighting.

This is a shop for buying an expensive item, not for digging for bargains: there is no haggling over the price, no holding of items, and every item has passed an authenticity check by the shop's staff.

Good to know

  • Tax-free: show your original passport or a Visit Japan Web QR code. According to the shop, for purchases from November 1, 2026 you pay the full price including tax, and the tax is refunded after a customs check when you leave Japan.
  • You can pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Diners, Discover), UnionPay, Alipay, WeChat Pay or cash. The staff speak Japanese, English, Chinese and Korean.
  • On the shop's website you can see in advance what is on each floor. Most items on the website are also displayed in this shop, and it is worth asking before you come whether the item is still in stock.
