Tokyo City View
The Tokyo City View observation deck sits on floor 52 of Mori Tower, 360 degrees behind floor-to-ceiling windows, and opened in 2003 together with the tower. From here you see Tokyo Tower up close and Skytree in the background, in the same frame.
Above the indoor observation deck there is an open rooftop, Sky Deck, at a height of about 270 meters. On a clear winter morning you can also see Mount Fuji from here.
Good to know
- The combined ticket with the Mori Art Museum is cheaper than two separate tickets.
- The open rooftop closes without advance notice in strong wind, even when the weather looks fine from below.
- Arrive before sunset and stay until Tokyo Tower lights up.
- In 2026 the observatory is closed on 27 October and from 10 to 12 November.
